Right now, nothing--those danged camel shrimp will eat anything. I had some green and brown zooanthids, and some low light stonies that were doing quite nicely before the shrimp were introduced. I only have some feather dusters, the shrimp, a sally light foot crab and some snails in there. The rock has lots of coralline algae and sponges that are doing well.
For support--Figure about 10 pounds per gallon. If it's not real wood, I wouldn't risk it--the fiber board tends to flex badly after about 2-3 weeks. If you put the tank on a piece of 1/2 - 3/4 plywood, it should distribute the weight enough that it will work. I built a stand for mine--it was on a fiber board cabinet with the sump inside, but the condensation on the inside forced the upgrade.
