Could someone tell me how much of a load crabs shrimp and snails put on the tank. I have a 20 gallon with 18 pounds of live rock one peppermint shrimp one red crab a cinnamon clown and one yellow bellied damsel. Oh yeah and a horseshoe crab. how much of a clean up crew do I need. I am also wanting to add some low light soft corals. This tank is about three and a half months old.

Inverts, themselves dont really add much bio-load to a tank at all really, so its not something to be concerned about..HOw much of a cleanup crew do you need? Well, its really down to the tank itself, how much algae is in there etc etc...

In a tank of your size, i would suggest starting off with about 10 snails of mixed variety, 5 hermits, 2 lysmata cleaners....

You do realise how big the horseshoe crab will grow too???
