Hey guys,

I've got a 125g, had it for about 2 months now (not counting the 3 weeks of fishless cycling) and everything seems to be doing fine, apart from some unsightly brown algea I have to scrub off every week or so.

Anyway, up until now, I've just been feeding flakes, and would like to give my cichlids a more varied diet. Here is my stock list:

5x Bolvarian rams
2 x Blood Parrot
1 x Red Hump Eartheater
2x Apisto Agassizi (M/F Pair)

So, what would you suggest I do to privide a well rounded and varid diet for these guys?

Thanks!

John

Try frozen blood worms and brine shrimp...Those fish will tear it up! Also, IME, they will pick at spirulina tabs and sinking shrimp pellets.
