Re article: Hrm, don't use meds for columnaris unless your fish is in danger of dying. It's a good article, but IMO people are too quick to throw meds in the tank and usually that just helps bacteria build up a resistance to them.

Just keep the water clean. Do a few more changes -- today and tomorrow if you can -- and it will clear up.

Thanks. I just did a 33% change and I'll do another tomorrow. The only reason I didn't do 50% is because I have to go to work soon.

Should I let the new water sit over night before adding it in the future, since sometimes the pH drops a little after coming out of the tap? I suppose I should go test it and see if there's any noticeable difference in pH between water fresh out of the tap and old tank water...
