Need HELP feeding Cardinal fish.

I see. Well the other one seems to be doing well but didn't eat today when I feed the tank the brine shrimp. I got one of those value packs that have a few different frozen foods like squid and some plant type foods. I think I'm going to try one of those at the next feeding. I wonder why he didn't eat? H like it the first time I tryed it and yesterday. My Bi color loves it.
 
Yes but I was hoping I wouldn't have to buy one.

Have you had a close look at his mouth, just in case he's holding eggs. Mine doesn't eat a thing whilst he's holding them. It's pretty obvious that they're holding when they first take the eggs but after a while they do lose a few and the mouth looks quite normal apart from being a little "long" in the mouth:grinyes:
