In fact no matter how you feel when they're done barking at you just say ''thats it,cool" or "i'll be back" and walk out the door grinning with a song in your heart totally annoys HR people
 
Well, cutting from this bieng true...I assume you could manage the 3 days in court if and only if there are no cameras on your job (which I doubt), by saying you did it at your house. If there are cameras then you can maybe make them watch the videos and pay you the amount of hours you truly worked, but you would loose a couple of hours of payday anyway. And about the computer...if it was new=>screwed. If it was an old computer maybe you could get away by replacing it with one that is not new but is almost the same as the one they had. But IMO it's not worth to go to all that if they have cameras. So the best thing would be unfortunately to take the heat.
 
Well, from the sounds of it, your lucky you didn't lose your job! Kinda rough out there, trying to find one myself!
