Need help on ID please..

Hi i got this one one of my live rock, thats the best picture i can take, it is with a digital camcorder and a magnyfying glass.

Its about 1/4 inch long and transparent, with something like a little flower at the tip

Quite posibly the beginings of a new featherduster. Hard to tell from the pic though.
