What kind of conditioner was used.

Prime is safe at larger doses but I am not sure of the other conditioners. For example if you use too much Stress Coat then you will get a slimey film on the water and will deplete the oxygen levels in the tank. Unless the water conditioner explicitly says you can use more then the recommended dose, I would only use the amount that is recommended per the volume of the water.

water conditioner i use is API, and have been using that in every tank i have.
