Hey guys, need some help here. I am trying to set up a nano tank, and thought I want to get a pair of Scarlet Badis. It'll be my first time keeping them, and I saw some in my local fish store.
Males are easy to identify, and there were plenty. But I noticed this one little fish that could be female. Any expert can weigh in?
It def did not have the colors like other males, but it did have couple black bars towards the tail. More importantly, it chases away a male or two when I saw. I thought that territorial(ish) behavior was strictly only for males?
