Well, I got an ac70 on sale for $40. I was going to get a fluval c4 but they were $60 so I went with the ac70. I now have the ac70 going with the penguin 200. As far as the bio wheel spinning, I cleaned the impeller but it was not even dirty. It seems like the wheel is not balanced. Anyway, I like the ac70 much better! Will leaving the 2 running together for a month be good enough to get the ac established?
