I feel sad and I am left with no option. I've already tried every viable way known to me.
I have a Flowerhorn cichlid that's 6 months old. Last week , she started doing a lot of somersaults and before I knew it she had a bloated stomach and started swimming upside down. I did research and came to know that it was "swim bladder disease". I went to an aqua clinic near my house ,they gave me a bunch of medicines (stress reducers, deworming) and instructed me to change the tank water by 50% every 2 days - whilst adding salt.
The bloating didn't reduce and it grew bigger - the stomach started sticking out of the tank and I was worried - kept asking the fish doctor and he said there was nothing I could do about it. I came up on this video about a few people treating a cichlid with air bladder by piercing its belly with a hypodermic needle. As one last hurrah , I went ahead with it and let all the air out. Its been 4 days since then, she's still alive and I have to feed her by hand. (Green peas or Humpy head pellets).

But now she's sunk to the bottom of the tank , and rests on her side. Gets excited whenever I come near , but she's unable to swim.
After I feed her and leave her back in the tank , she is able to swim for like 10 seconds , before falling flat. Is there anything I can do? She even spits out the food, its hard to see her like this.

I have attached the images, I didn't take any pictures of the bloated ones. The last pic shows her being pale and resting at the bottom. Please advice.

Sorry to hear about your issues! I'm not sure there's much else you could do. If the fish is indeed eating, that's a good sign. I'd feed little to nothing and keep nitrates as low as possible with big water changes often.

Thank you.
She spits out 90% of the pellets if I force feed her, I don't think she eats on her own. Can I feed her anything else?

Yep. I would never force feed. Like said, more harm than good. You could try increasing water temp and aeration. If it's something parasite related, this *might* speed it along. If it's bacterial or viral, it could go the other way with heat.

Update : Her colour seems to be fine now. She occasionally swims a bit on her own and doesn't spit out the food if I feed her. But still rests in the bottom on her side and struggles a lot to swim. Anybody know how to teach a fish to swim?

Three year old thread...and OP hasn't been here since Feb 2017...most likely they are not going to respond.
