I need help planing an anubias barteri plant. I've tried burring it in the gravel. It didn't like that. It floated right back up. Right now I have it floating in the tank because I'm afraid to add a weight to it since the roots look so delicate. What's the best way to plant this?

Use some thread or fishing line to tie it to driftwood, stones, or other aquarium decoration. It does not like to have it's rhizome buried, and can rot if you bury it.

Anubias (and other plants with a rhizome) don't like to be buried. In fact, that's a good way to kill it. Best thing to do is fix it to a rock or a piece of driftwood with some thread or a rubber band. Pretty soon, it will send out feelers to attach itself to whatever it's been bound to.

Thanks :) Looks like I'm driftwood shopping lol

MG has some great wood ;) I can't get enough of it.

We all admire MG's wood.

ROFLMFAO! Sorry dirty mind. Do I get a really good birthday discount mg? I already have a piece of mg's awesome wood! How much are you selling it for? Anything that's similar to the piece I have without the moss though?
