Need Help With Fighting Clowns!

Thank you all for your wealth of knowledge. Unfortunately for me and even moreso for the clown he did not survive the night. After reading your responses I plan on waiting a good while before introducing another clown.

i bought two very small aquacultured maroon clowns from saltwaterfish.com. one showed dominance right away, and the other was submissive. one still takes a little bit of a pounding, but they seem to be doing fine none the less. the dominant one (which was actually a tiny bit smaller) is now bigger than the other. they swim together a bunch, and are even starting to do some landscapeing with the sand. hope this gives ya some hope
