Need help with ich.

Hey
I have a tank with cardinal tetras and African dwarf frogs with ich. Only the fish have the white spots.
Can ADF get ich?? I can’t find a clear answer online.
And anyone have any treatment ideas?

From what I understand, ADF don't usually show ich the same way fish do, but they can still be affected by treatments. I'd be cautious with medications and consider lowering the dosage or using something known to be safe for frogs.
