Need help with MONO!

Hey all, I just bought a MONO yesterday, today I noticed that it now has a white (paste like) substance on its fins and part of its body. What could this be? Please Help...

Every thing is good, except for the PH which i am working on raising. What does this sound like my fish might have??

What does 'good' mean? Sorry, but it sounds like an extreme reaction to a sudden change in water conditions, causing the fish to produce a thick heavy slime coat.

What is the difference between the water the mono was in at the LFS and your tank?

Your exactly correct. Im sure there was a reaction to the water change.

NO3 - 0
NO2 - 0
Aminia - .25
GH - 150
KH - 120
PH - 6.5, but raising

The ammonia in the water is certainly not helping.

Is the tank/filter cycled?

How much marine mix did you add?

What is your SG?
pH is usually higher when you use crashed coral or marine sand.
What other fish are in the tank?
What else do you have in the tank, decore?
