need help

we got a long tenecle anenome last night. how do you get one to attach ts self where you want it, or will it just keep moving around?

Unfortunately, it's unlikely to stay where you want it. It will move to a spot it likes, and can leave a path of destruction behind it (stinging and knocking over corals).

It is going to go where it is happy with the light, flow, etc. and even when happy there if the least little thing is off even a few years later they can move again.
