Never used or heard of it but it looks like a decent skimmer. I would get a coralife ss though the one rated for 220 or if you want to spend the money a bullet. Just make sure the reutrn pump that runs the sump can handle the skimmer.

The sump im getting only has a return pump that does 270 GPH, and an over flow that does 300 GPH. Will be more of a refuge then anything. Plus, it gives some flow to the tank. The reactor has a pump that does 550-600 GPH. How would that create a problem?? The water just goes in and out of the skimmer, and back into the sump. Am i missing something here.
Edit: After some thought, think i know what you mean. The pipe from my overflow is not going to the skimmer first, but rather straight to the sump. The skimmer is outside the sump, and has a simpe return pump, and another pipe to throw the water back into the sump. Kinda like how euroreefs work, or how HOT skimmer work.
