Need opinions

I'm considering setting up a second tank for just my two Banggai Cardinals to see if they'll breed in there.

I'm looking for opinions on tank sizes as I'm seeing quite a variety in books and on the web.

My thought is to go for a minimum of 30 Gal.

What are your thoughts?

Haven't done much research on these fish but I would thing a 20L would work fine.
