You don't want to stress them out any more then is necessary so I would recommend starting with 10-15% to start with and see how they do. You can always do another one.
did a 15 percent or so water change....fish seem a little more active, hopefully not because of stress. Will update tomorrow. Fed a little bit and all seemed to eat.
