I'm not getting into the spelling game. I'll lose!

I can't find what I'm looking for on the clam either Jinx. I'll try hunting down Dr. H.

I used to manually type "Serg" at the bottom of my posts until I put it in my sig. I guess it was force of habit. :thm: :thm:

Hey Jinx if you are attached to that clam you might want to dispense some food in his general direction with a turkey baster. They are filter feeders and your tank is probably too clean for him to find enough food.

Yeah, I was wondering about that. How often would I have to feed it? Right now its in betta tank.. it was kind of dirty when I cleaned the water last night so I'm assuming the clam should be finding enough of food in there? I'm still working on finding accurate info about the clam. I'm mostly concerned about their parastic larval stage if its part of its reproduction cycle or not.

I've already lost a couple of times, I'll need to :read: be a nerd.

some species do some don't- I can see where it would be hard to tell conclusively what you have over the internet. This might be a dumb idea but maybe you could ask your conservation dept what species are in yoru area and go from there? On feeding I really don't know but I woudl think at least weekly.
