Need to repair 10 gallon tank

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my 10 gallon tank. My tank is stocked with 6 bumblebee gobies, the rim at the top of my tank came off. So I was wondering what adhesive can be used, or can I use epoxy to glue the rim back on?:huh:

Just use silicone(if you can lower the water level enough to do it) If not Super glue would be a good alternative too.

what brand of silicone, and can I find it at home depot? What brand?

Aquarium silicone is what you need.

with a 10gallon, unless you need it to help you put the hood on or something, you almost dont need to bother most the time.

yes that's really the only reason why I want to fix it and the other reason is because water was passing through, between the platic rim and the glass.

how full are you keeping your tank, that a loose trim fitting allows for water to escape?

right now it's about two inches below and usually I keep it right below the rim line.

I read your comments and I do agree with your opinion but I would like to further add some thing that we never be so strict in our personal opinions as it takes us towards extremism. It is probably possible that some one may also be write in its opinion.
