I've had my dragon Dolby for close to 3 weeks. I relize that it is blind and maybe shy but always thought it a odd swimmer. My question is about it's sudden activeness. It's been swimming around a lot of the past servial hours (10+). Mostly in a figure eight patteren. Is this normal or is it sick or suffering? help us...

1) I assume you mean a Dragon Goby.
2) Why do you think it is blind? Are it's eyes damaged?
3) What else do you have in the tank with him?
4) How big is the tank?
5) Is/was the tank cycled? What are your water parameters?
6) What/how do you feed it?

I read a couple articles from dragon fish owners and learned they are nearly to completely blind. In the 55gal tank with him was 1 betta and a couple neon tetra. All living well together...

Has he calmed down?
