the other night i turned my lights on,in the early hours of the morning.(heard a noise in the tank and went to see).
i did notice that my leleupi was almost all white in colour,is this normal, because in the daytime hes a very bright yellow.

sounds normal, you will notice a lot of fish lose their color as they sleep. Its fine now right?

yeah, I vote normal. My apistos always take on a kinda brownish mud color at night. Helps em blend in so they don't get scarfed.

yeah normal colours in the daytime active and feding etc.
my shellies also turn brownish at night.
thanks guys

Completely normal, the color pigments fade because they have nothing to adjust their coloring to with it being dark. Cardinals will be ghost white after the lights go out, the only fish I haven't seen fade in color when lights go out are Discus.
