Got my snail mail today too and I am sooooooo excited. Beautiful snails and shrimp. I have to go play even though I should be working.

The ground rules for PMs, they are very important
1. They hate bright light, it hurts them and direct sunlight will kill them.
2. Don’t get them wet. Don’t give them a bath; don’t even give them water to drink.
3. The most important. Don’t ever, ever feed them after midnight. No matter how much they scream, no matter how much they beg.

nah, i really really enjoy this hobby and can honestly say, those who I have messed up in pm's have been really nice about it, lol. Feel confident you will get healthy stock even if you get wacky pm's 
On that note, tons of zebras, sun (clithon coronas), green tigers left. Also getting my new assorted horned snails (striped and different patterned spikey c. corona snails) in tomorrow
Still have cherry shrimp as well and soon will offer yellows and dark greens again as well as snowballs and mystery blue/black shrimp. Plenty of bridgesii available as well and I have blues and ivories growing out.
