I have 3 female cons and 11 tiger barbs. They were in a 40 and now they are in a 47. The cons have never been aggressive towards the barbs but they are aggressive towards each other from time to time. I would say you need more places for them to hide if anything.

Yes all females will get along. Convicts are most aggressive when they are spawning. 10 convicts leaves the opportunity of at least 5 pairs. If that happens you'll have some major aggression issues. If any o them pair off, you are most likely going to haw a Rambo tank.

If it's 10 TB and 1 con then you should be fine to keep all 10 TBs, assuming your tank was cycled and can handle the bioload of that many fish added at once. Make sure you have appropriate filtration for the bioload and keep on top of tank maintenance.

Yes I'm trying my best..... I just bought stress zyme and stress coat and also API master test kit (I only had ph test) and thank god everything is on point
Ammonia 0 ppm
Nitrate NO2 - 0 ppm

Im going to make a thread so you guys see what I'm talking about (my tanks)
