Nice looking tank. I say hot pink gravel with a sunken pirate ship in the middle:rofl:.
Just kidding. Perhaps the standard black/dark substrate with a wood and rock scape on each side pointing inward with a channel in the middle with a big bunch of stem plants (rotala) in the back corners and anubias petite and riccia around the wood and rocks.

My question is what's under the table cloth? your tank weighs what 40 pounds? 60 x 8 pounds per gallon =240lbs 30 pounds of substrate minimal. a few rocks 10-50 lbs lights, filter,- your tank could be 400 pounds.

Also i would not go salt water your dark brown table cloth will need constant cleaning from salt creep.
one last suggestion before you do fill the tank place some plastic under the stand roll it up on the sides under your table cloth so when you set up or do maintenance you can drop the plastic and protect that nice beige carpet.

very nice :) you should def. get some snails. I can't wait to see if all put together :)

Thnx and thats a big No on snails lol.

yeeeeee looks good so far

Thnx J
