I'm getting a 75 gallon tank Fri..yeah! I am planning to move most of the group over from the 55 to it. I'm hoping that will be big enough for my clown loaches....opinions? Could I get one or 2 more?
What else could I expand on in the list below?

In the 55 I would eventually like to have discus. Is there any of the fish listed currently in the 55 that would be good tankmates for discus.

just not quite sure which way to go..move all to the 75, or split. I do really like the rainbows, hope to expand on those too.

I'd like suggestions for numbers & inhabitants of both tanks..

I don't have a lot constructive to offer, nursie but I am very jealous.

I would probably stick with just the three clowns. They do get pretty big so a 75 would get crowded eventually with 5 of them.

I think you could bump up the rainbows, and I think I would just move everyone to the new tank. If you want to keep discus, I know people say you can keep them with other fish, but from what I understand they do best in a species tank. That way you can save the old tank if and when for them :D !!

As for the clowns, its kind of up to you... I think they would eventually still like a bigger tank, so with that in mind if you plan on upgrading again within a couple of years, I don't think 2 more would hurt, since they grow pretty slowly.
