I recently changed all my tanks over to a sand substrate. Here are the pics

First one is my baby tank. Still looking for a surfboard to prop against the hut

Second in line is my roman-esque themed 15gal. It really brightened it up. I think there was something in the other substrate that was causing my ph to rise. Has been stable since the addition of the sand.

Lastly, is my 20gal. You can see the diff in it. It was previously the pinky tank in my icon.

I used play sand. It was like 2.50 for a 50lb bag at Home Depot
