I got a pale white bubble tip anemone and it is making good progress, seems to be feeding regularily and doing well and the colour increasing everyday. Also picked up two pink skunk clownfish to replace the two tomato clowns I lost over the year, one somehow getting into the powerhead the other found dried up on the floor infront of my aquarium. I got the bubble tip anemone for my percula clownfish but I think it is too small right now and they lack the interest to host it. Anyways here is some pictures, my sister tried to clean them up abit but still comes out sorta off when you try to get rid of the blue tint.

Anyways here are some photos of the new additions :)

Looking good. I like skunk clowns.. most peaceful clowns I have seen. I made the mistake and went the complete opposite route when I first got an anemone and clown, got that same anemone but got a maroon clown and boy was that sucker mean.

That bubble tip could use a little extra TLC though.. sounds like your on the right track for recovery though. ;)

TY for the kind words ace :)

The bubble tip anemone was really green and brown with some white when I saw it but my LFS wont sell anemones stuck to rock if it happens, somebody in the store who didn't know put all the anemones on live rock so I had to wait 2 weeks to get him and when I finally did his colour wasnt nearly as bright.. guessing they did a lights out to get him to move and therefore not having to tear him off the rock and I am thankful for that! I feed the hungry little bugger every 2-3 days depending if he takes the food or not. The coolest thing so far which my father witnessed was the clownfish taking a loose piece of silverside floating accross the tank and feeding it to the anemone.. Pleanty of stuff to watch now though :)

Nice, and color seems to be coming back,
Curious to see nem colored up, doesn't look like typical BTA at moment.
Be careful of 2 things, one, overfeeding can actually stress it and induce splitting, and 2, I, and many others have had bad exp w/ silversides.
I don't use them anymore after losing 3 expensive LTA's immediately after feeding.
Light is their main source of energy really.
Mine just get mysis now, and doing great.

I feed him a variety of foods, and I only feed small pieces to avoid over feeding... What do you mean by doesn't look typical? just curious.. lol some random species of anemone in my tank would make me kind of nervous.. The LTA dosn't eat frequently maybe once a week.. Just trying to make sure the BTA has the food it needs for the first couple weeks to ensure it wasnt starving again a small piece 2-3 times a week and I hope it wasn't the wrong course of action. Although the picture showing a very white anemone it is actualy gaining quite alot of its usual colour back.
