got an albino long finned BP from the LFS. He has sat in the same spot in the back of the tank for 2 days now. I know hes still alive cause he moves a tad but why isnt he moving around more especially at night? Are they just shy at first?

Mine only move out and night and hide below my slate plate in the mornings and afternoon.Same goes for my common plec.At night they start uprooting my plants >.<

Yea its a heavily planted tank so hes got lots of nooks and crannies

Mine is still skittish after months. I think it may just be his nature?

Mine are still skittish and I have had 2 of them for over a year. I know you said it is a planted tank but do you have wood in there? I do believe they require it in their diet.
