Thanks everyone, I want an acryllic tank because of the weight issue.

After you move the tank, weight is irrelevant. When it's full of water a couple hundred pounds shouldn't make a difference, and if it does, I don't want to stand next to your tank lol....

How big do you plan on going?

125 gallons until he is too big for this. May have to go to 220. Aren't glass tanks more prone to leakage also? I recently installed a new Pergo floor in the room.

If the stand is level and it's a new glass tank, it wont leak. You'll definitely need to upgrade from the 125. They get way too big for an 18" wide tank A 220 would work out alright.

I saw a 120 gallon tank at my LFS that is 24 inches wide. I didn't like it's stand though.

A 120 is an excellent grow out tank for aros.
