New bamboo shrimp!!!

I agree... I have one in my planted tank. He loves to hang upside down in front of my co2 diffuser with is claws out. At first I had no idea what he was doing (I am assuming it is a he, don't really know).
Males have the stripe down the back, females are pretty transparent with a very light line down the back, if any at all. I have both lol.
They're sexed by the front legs. Males have much bigger, thicker legs. I don't think you can actually sex them by the stripe on their back, as it seems to be the same between both.

All the bamboo shrimp I've had male and female have had a stripe down their back. If the bambo shrimp is happy and well fed, he/she will turn to an orange brown color with a tan line down their back. Males have thick front legs, while females have all 3 pairs of their legs the same width.
