Your Oscar look rugid. Like it's ready for the wilderness lol. Pretty cool. Oscars have such great personalities. I use to be able to get mine to eat food fight from my fingers.

I didn't need to teach my Oscar that one lol. Mine had scared the crud out of me one day during feeding time. I would dip my fingers in the tank with the pellet and he would swim up get it and dart back down. Well apparently I was going to slow because I got another piece and I had my hand like half a foot from the water line well he jumped got my finger was only and inch off his mark from getting the pellet. I dropped the pellet and he got his meal. Although this was neat I tried not to incourage my Oscar to jump. This is a fish with the potential to get 14" in length and a small fish out on the floor is easy to pick up and put in the tank. A big fish misjudging its target and landing on the floor is harder to deal with and harder to pick up. So caution is advised when making your new guy jump.
Yeah, my sister's oscar is like ... 12" and he jumped out of the tank once lol. She's had him for two years so far
