Ok, this is how it works: the first number is males, the second is females, the third is unsexed. So if it's 2.3.6 it would be 2 males, 3 females and 6 unsexed.

I had a bunch of Midland/Eastern Painted Turtles at one point but I gave them to a friend of mine before I left for college. Their family has a nice pond that they built so I can visit them whenever I want to. :)

1.1.soon to be 1 for me as well!!!

I saw an all white one today at a reptile show here. He was very cool looking. I don't know much about the crested geckos, but they fascinate me every time I see them.

I don't know much about them either. Nor have I ever handled one. Are they soft or rough to the touch compared to others. They look feathery!

All white??? Oh man that sounds elegant.

They are very soft. Almost like velvet.

very soft, when i first got mine i thought it was going to be rough but, its more like a very soft skin.

Aren't these things biters?

I was asking about them in my LPS, and the girl said that they weren't very partial to being held... at all.

Wow, does she have her geckos mixed up. Cresteds are probably the most laid back, easy to handle gecko species out there. They are also one of the best beginner lizard species as well.

I think this girl is confusing them with a Tokay Gecko. 99.9% of Tokays are mean as heck. I use to have a breeding pair and both of them bit me multiple times. I have yet to be bit by my Cresteds. If you're lucky and get a captive bred Tokay and handle it daily from when it's a baby, they can be just as chill as Cresteds.

Here's a typical tokay gecko. Ticked off at the world and ready to bite at a seconds notice!
