new filter?

I have a whisper 30-60 on my 55gal african cichild tank and dont like it and was thinking of buying a new canister filter. I was looking at a marineland magnum or an eheim canister, and was wondering if anyone had an opinions on either unit or could sugest another unit? thanks for any help

i like the rena xp3 also but from the two i would go with the eheim. just personal choice.

I found the Rena XP easier to open & clean, that's why I chose it. But the Eheim is really quiet. Depends on what's more important, I think they're both good filters.
