A few week ago one of my beta girls died.
For my bday however, unbeknownst to mom and dad , they got me a new male betta! He's most blue with some red in his lower fins and white caps on the thin front underbelly fins.
He loves fighting with his reflection, blowing bubbles, and dancing a jig under the 'food hole'. (It took a few days for him to figure out where the food was coming from, but once he did everytime he sees me pass by he does a little dance under the food area! lol )
I'm terrible at naming, lol, so cast your vote! Thanks!
Currantly he's in a 1g quarantine tank, and when his 'time is up' he'll be moved to Piggy's (the beta girl that died) den, a 10g heated. (It's already over 80 indoors, so the 1g is warm enough for now.)
Names I'm thinking of:
1. Ned
(no, I don't know where it came from, lol, but that's the name that popped into my head when I picked him.)
2. Rocky (as in Balboa)
(because sometimes he loses the fights with his reflection. lol)
3. Mr. Jiggy
(for his little jigs -dances-.)
4. ?
