...I have to agree with AABatteries, the UGF is not a very effective filtration system. I had one at first and you will accumulate a lot of really icky stuff underneath your gravel which cannot be very healthy for your fish but don't worry there's lots of different, effective filters on the market that you'll find will fit your budget, I'm sure...oh...and good luck with the new aquarium
