New Fish Tank Fishless cycle questions

WHat are the ammonia, nitrite and nitrate readings on your tap..?
 
Well, its been a full month of cycling now (probably a good thing) with a friends goldfish in the tank to colonize it. I've been monitoring conditions and this afternoon when I checked, my levels were almost perfect:

pH: 7.0
Nitrites: 0
Nitrates: 5
Amm: 0

SO....I am really hoping to get fish this weekend, is there anything I should do before-hand? I was planning on getting the neon tetras now, or the otos.
