:help:i now have a 5 gal. tank with 2 5 week old swordtail fry. 3 tiger nerite snails. what can i put in tank that will not eat fry?
i also have 10 gal. qt tank that i need to know what i can put in to keep filter going? had 14 swordtail fry in it . taken by nephew to larger tank. i have 29 gal. main tank. 3 lg angel fish, 3 swordtail, 2 jumbo neon tetra,6 albino cory.3 zebra nerite snails. :help:

Why not reserve the 5g tank for fry grow out and QT and use the 10g for something else?
For a true QT tank, assuming lights on a timer and proper temperature, just a pinch of food every other day or so and maybe a snail or two are all you need to keep bacteria going.

5g isn't much. I house only a male betta in my 5g. Leave it for a growout tank

1) Almost anything that will fit into the 5gal will not be big enough to eat the frys (Bettas excluded).
2) The list is too short.
