New here what to put in a 20L

Hi , :help:
im new here i am planning on a 20G long right now(20-12-12) .I want to put some Figure8 in , but how many?Or any other puffer thats light brackish and small. The tank wil be planted with plenty of plants and decorated. Also which plants would be good for it?OOps forgot what my planned water is going to be: 78F,salin. 1.005-1.008, waterhardness around 8-9,the ground will be sand. Also i saw mini flounders in my lfs would they be okay with the puffies? Give me your input i am open for suggestions. :

if its only a 20 you might be able to get two figur 8s and mabey some bumble bee gobys

but other than that i would only get 2 large fish if your getting a puffer they tend to not like fish getting in their way
