new java moss w/ bonus shrimp

I just bought a bunch of java moss from the local LFS--and low and behold--one 1" or so ghost shrimp. So, this being said, I would like to keep the shrimp, and now, where to place the moss. top/floating, bottom anchored, middle anchored???

Just to clear this up----Best place for the shrimp and moss--for the shrimps benefit.

Anywhere but they prefer to scavenge around on the bottom.
