falling off the rocks a few times would make them grumpy for certain although if they have been there on the sand for 2 days now I'd expect them to be open. Have you checked them for pests?

What should I look for? I haven't seen much of anything on them, but I did spy some sort of black and yellow worm-thingy under the rock the other day...
And what looks like old feather duster tubes..
Both were on the underside of the rock. I haven't seen anything purposely torment them. I may try to move them to a higher location...
Keep in mind that some are very tiny and can be hard to spot if you're not trying to find them. Especially when some of them such as the nudis will mimic the color of whatever they are on/eating
I don't think there are any of those WONDERFUL looking things.. I'll give it a close look..
Maybe my light just isn't powerful enough for them to be at the bottom of the tank. I'll move them tonight to the rocks on the opposite side of the tank.. My Tang really likes to mess with them on "his side" of the tank..
I made a KILLING on cured Fiji rock at my local Petco tonight...
I guess they might stop selling rock by the pound, so they wanted to clear the tank. I'm in pretty good with the aquatics guys there, and he got with the store manager...
Normally, $6.59 a pound..
I got it for 3 bucks a pound!!
So, I bought it all.. about 15 lbs..
My question: I think I found a sponge on one of the rubble fragments. (I said I bought it ALL)
Should I sift through the the other rubble frags looking for life? All the frags are in my sump right now, and most of them will be moved into my empty canister filter..
