New Loch Ness Monster footage!

No! I fully believe in Nessie, like the coelocanth that they found in the ocean that was supposedly extinct I think Nessie is likely. Anyway, the tourism that it brings to the Loch Ness is phenomenal as people flock to hopefuly have a glimpse.

People had been pulling coelacanth from the oceans for a long long time. It was only when they were discovered in a fish market by a western woman and brought to everyones attention who thought they were extinct that it was great news.

And from here. http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2006/12/061222-giant-squid.html

Giant squid, the world's largest invertebrates, are thought to reach sizes up to 60 feet (18 meters), but because they live at such great ocean depths they have never been studied in the wild.
The Japanese footage of a giant squid was of a creature only 24 feet long. The stomachs of some sperm whales have had squid beaks the size of which extrapolate to those big 60ft guys. It was BECAUSE of the beaks that the giant squid was known to exist in the first place so the legend of them was based on proof.

And what have we of Nessie? Nothing.

Q

I think it would be awesome if there was a Nessie somewhere in the world. Or some living dinosaur Why cant the do some type of scany thing that will show Nessie's body heat?

i think they have..i dont believe they found anything..obviously

Loch Ness was formed by receding glaciers, millions of years post dinosaurs. As much as I would love to find out that there are plesiosaurs flapping around in there, I'm not going to hold my breath.

You know, I'm beginning to see a pattern here. You guys just don't believe. Well, nobody believed in Godzilla either but then the Japanese came along and we all know what happened there!?! :raspberry:
