my friend, you have inspired me to decorate my molly fry tank. it's only a 5 gal with 3 black lyretail molly fry in there, so i haven't done anything but throw in gravel and a pinch of java moss. here are before and after pics.

i have a ton of decorations that i never thought i would ever touch. came with a couple of tanks i got at rummage sales. i actually think i might take a pic of them all and put them up for sale. cause tacky as they are, they cost a lot brand new.

yes

I think you need to research the origins of that symbol before jumping to conclusions...;)

i agree. i believe it was first used in the indian culture, nothing to do with germans lol.

A Hitler mustache was just a mustache at one time. Now, it makes you look like a Nazi. Or the newspaper editor from Spiderman. But mostly, just Nazi.

This thread inspired me to dig out my old roman columns and give them another stint in my tank. I had two matching L shaped roman column sets that I bought when my only tank was a standard 10 g. I decided to only go for one this time, partially because I though both would draw too much attention and partially because I don't have alot of open floor space because of all the plants.

I tied two mid sized Java ferns to the top of the columns and buried it slightly at a bit of an angle. I took a few before shots and now I'm waiting for the water to clear up again before taking the after shots. I'll try to post them when I can.

Here are the before and after pics of my 30L.

In retrospect I shoujd have given the front of the tank a thourough algae scrub before taking these pics.
