New plants in, how do I help them grow?

thats the whole problem. they screwed up and I am thinking that if they didnt the plants would be in better shape.

Thanks, good info here. A bunch of plants from Aquariumplants.com arrived a couple days ago. They were all beat up and very cold. I asked for a heat pack and agreed to pay extra, but they neglected it. :wall: Now I have my fingers crossed. Please, don't die, please don't!!!!:angryfire:
