I just got two money wort clippings from teh store and they have a small pewter wrap around them. Do I leave that on and just pnat them in the gravel or do I remove it? I've put a Flourish tablet in the middle of them for nutrients since I just have plain gravel. Any recommendations?

Your choice, you can leave the plant weights on if you have difficulty keeping them to stay in the gravel.

About the flourish tablet, be careful not to disturb it for awhile. I forgot about the Flourish tabs once while rearranging my tank, major green water problem shortly afterwards.

You can keep it on, but be careful with nutrient tabs though. Make sure you place them atleast 3-4 inches away from the plant, to avoid releasing it when you pull the plant out in the near future (it will grow and need cutting). If that happens, you could have a tank filled with a ton of algae, and at worst green water, which is very difficult to rif of. Try to remember where you place them too, to avoid gravel vacing there, and releasing in the water column.
