I would try the Monster Fish Keeper Forum / Singapore group. Although you may not be keeping big fish, they have experience treating and handling Large volumes of tank water. Just an Idea

The reason why i dont find corporations to do it (i know there are many companies doing this) is because i am setting up new tanks (many) for commercial usage and not personal. thats why i need to find individuals to do it. thanks!

Your stated scenario would lend itself to resolution via a larger business, rather than an individual.
