I poured them into a seperate holding container from their traveling bag. I then added about 1/4C of water every fifteen minutes until the total volume had been about quadrupled, then i poured them into a net and added them to the tank.
The greens are supposedly dark green caridina so they would not interbreed with cherries. Right now they are still pretty small so its difficult for me to tell exactly what they are (especially as they are blending into the plants so nicely). I think when they reach full adult size they will be quite stunning. Supposedly they grow a bit slower than cherries, but I am looking forward to them having babies as well. I will let ya know!
hi... those look really nice i have those also i order mine from aman name john on here...i started with 5 now i have about 35 and i traded some to my lfs for something for my salt tank iam starting... but every one need to go to ebay and go under pet supplies then go under more and its under snail crabs and thing . and u will see diff kinds of shrimp i have orderd some i don't know this person so wish me luck he has good feed back , he has bumble bees,blueberry,and tiger and 2 more. check it out ...Karen
