No, due to the design, the only thing that would stop the swaying on a Titan Eze is some cross-bracing. If you want to put a smaller tank on the stand, a nice piece of plywood on the stand would be necessary.
well I cut some pink insulation foam anyways, my last 2 tanks that blew and were perfectly level, people always criticize and say "you should have had them on foam slabs" so this time I'm not taking any chances ;-)
