new tank

You know you're new when you don't catch on to the joke until the 4th or 5th post... haha - serves me right for straying outside the "newbie" forum :sim:

I apologize if you took my comment out of context. I never meant it in a derogatory manner. I had always joked with my friends at the LFS that something similar to what I described was my "dream tank." No disrespect at all toward your nano--nor is there anything wrong with a nano. Putting your tank down was never a motive behind any of the comments here, mine included. Again, I apologize, Riverserver, if you took it the wrong way. It was all in good, earnest fun.
 
I don't know if could add coral. I'm only running an actinic bulb since its the cooler of the two. I have the 10,000K one but boy does it get hot.

I would however like to add a small amount of chaeto, a shaving brush, and maybe a small bit of Haliptilon to dress up the tank a bit. But I'm not sure what color temp these guys need to survive, I'll have to look into that when I get back from my work trip.

Sorry I haven't been here lately folks, work has been hectic, they found out I knew what I was talking about so now I'm so busy I wish I wouldn't of opened my mouth.

I wasn't trying to be an a$$ or anything, just kidding around....hope it didn't come off as mean. I apologize if it did. I do like the nanos....in fact I think it would be a great addition to my desktop at work. Perhaps gazing into a tiny ocean on my desktop would keep me from strangling some of the idiots I have to work with....hmmmmm......perhaps not:D
I too am looking forward to seeing the direction you take this little guy.
Seriously, can you post another picture with something to scale it by? I have no idea how big a 1.5g tank is.
